My background is in Triathlon having/still racing at GB Age Group for several years both in the UK and abroad, I have npow decided to focus my attentions on coaching and conditioning, whether it be general fitness, a specific sport, rehabilitation or top level competition I will always ensure my best knowledge is passed on and each individual client will get the very best from their training.
Richard is a leading personal trainer who has developed innovative programs and ground breaking techniques for more than 15 years. Combining fitness programs like Cross Fit, High Intensity,tabata circuits a new level of physical intensity, combining body weight exercises alongside functional, fully body movements, initiatives that are ideal for fat loss as well as toning and conditioning.
Richards training encompasses nutrition and lifestyle advice. Richard follows the nutritional habits of the Paleo . He has passed these observations onto his clients, coining the term ‘Caveman’ eating to describe their consumption of foods in their most basic form, eating at the right times and in the correct quantities. This follows a basic 40/30/30 principle
Richard has since developed a program which encourages clients to envision themselves as hunters / gatherers in the wild, activities which include picking objects up, squatting, lunging, throwing and sprinting while at the same time feeding on foods which are natural and full of nutrients. Richard now runs a successful personal training initiative that focuses on training clients in their own space.
